Robert W. Deller, Ph.D.

In May, 1997, Robert Deller co-founded the MARKESS network of international market research and services companies with offices in Washington, D.C, and Paris, France. Previously, he was Vice President of Research for Global Systems & Strategies, Inc. Since then, Dr. Deller has provided management and executive leadership as Vice President for several national and international market research companies, including International Data Corporation, Selbre Associates, and INPUT. During this period, his major accomplishments have been in developing research products and services that have increased business for his companies and supported increased business for his clients.

From 1964 to 1987, Mr. Deller served as senior IRM official in the federal government, both in Defense and Civilian agencies. During his government career he received several citations for outstanding service in developing computer systems and serving as government liaison with regulated industry organizations. He also served as international consultant for Pan American Health Organization, and U.S. AID, during which he established automated systems to support national health care programs, both in South America and in Egypt.
He is an active participant in and contributor to industry groups, speaks at industry meetings, and appears as a featured columnist in trade publications. He is editor of the Journal of Electronic Government and participates in the development of seminars and tutorials on digital commerce. Education
